I’m a huge fan of technology. I get to use it all the time: smart phones, computers, tablets, mp3 players, and more. I love how they make us more efficient and productive.

And we’re not going to stop working. We’re going to keep using computers, phones, games, tablets, and phones, but we’re also going to use the internet, which gets us more productive and efficient.

We are constantly being bombarded by adverts and news, and we are getting so busy with our jobs and careers that we forget to look after ourselves. Instead we are so busy using technology (and the internet) that we neglect to take the time to take care of ourselves, which leads to a vicious cycle of sickness and disease.

We see ads and news on our phones, but we also see ads and news on our tablets and laptops. Our smartphones are a distraction from our personal lives and our jobs, so we choose to ignore them. We use our computers at work, but we forget to use them for personal matters.
