I really can’t blame anyone for not wanting to go to bed when they wake up. After all, every morning, we are so tired that we just stay in bed until it’s time to get up to get ready for the day. I’m not saying that we should be lazy in bed.

I really can’t blame anyone for not wanting to go to bed when they wake up. After all, every morning, we are so tired that we just stay in bed until it’s time to get up to get ready for the day. I’m not saying that we should be lazy in bed.But there are certain bedtime rituals that we do that have a negative effect on our ability to sleep. We can argue that they are bad habits that need to be broken. But when we get back to our normal way of thinking we see that they are a part of our pattern.

We are accustomed to sleeping on mattresses that feel like an old style bed, but that’s not really the case with modern bedding. The reason is because modern mattresses don’t actually fit us as well as they once did.

It is because we have changed the way that people sleep. Over the last few years we have started to live almost entirely on computers, and we have lost touch with the way that people have slept for the last century. People slept on beds made of springs, and they often had springs that would slide on their sides. And these springs were often made of leather, and as a result they were very hard.
