The best way to deal with a tenant is to find a way to get to know that person, whether that means asking about where he or she is going, how long they will be there, or what they do when he or she leaves. That way you can help the tenant feel as comfortable as possible staying put.

That’s exactly the kind of thing that I like to see happen with my tenants. In fact, when we started working with many of our clients, I would regularly ask our marketing team to help create content that would either be posted on our website or sent to their email inboxes to help educate them on the benefits of moving to the new space.
