It’s an online personal journal. I just finished writing it up, and I think it’s a pretty good idea. I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately, and I thought I’d write up my answers (which are based on my own experiences, not just the “rule”).

I started dcko to help me keep track of the things that don’t get mentioned in the blog section and to help me keep a log of my own thoughts and feelings. My personal journal is also a place to keep track of the things that have been happening in my life that are not getting mentioned, and to track things that are happening. I started the blog mostly for my own health, as well as to document what I’ve been doing in my life.

When I started dcko, I did it for myself.

I have been able to use dcko to learn how to make healthier food choices, as well as how to make the most of exercise, meditation, and so on.

As I started to use dcko, my negative behaviours began to affect other people in a negative way.
